The Somkiet Buri Resort & Spa is beautifully set in natural surroundings with mountain views and tropical gardens. The property lis ocated in Ao Nang Beach with mountain views backdrop. Within 17 kilometers to Krabi town and 29 kilometers to Krabi International Airport. Only 300 meters from the most beautiful beach, white sandy and crystal clear sea of Ao Nang beach,
We have Superior and Deluxe rooms with private balcony, overlooking the stunning landscaped garden and Mountain View. Each room is equipped with hot & cold water, bathtub, mini bar, air-conditioning, TV and telephone. During the day and night times, enjoy with indoor/outdoor activities which we provides to entertain all guests to make your stays is just being at home.

We booked for 6 nights and liked it so much so we are staying for 8 nights more, nice and helpful staff, nothing at all we can complain about, loved the exotic jungle atmosphere. The eight last night we booked deluxe room and they were really great, even the standard tools were very good, had à great stay at Somkiet Buri.

Fint hotell, fantastiska omgivningar och härlig pool. Mysig restaurang och frukost. Inte så barnvänligt med träspångar att gå på och djup pool. Stort plus för tyst och lugnt trots nära till allt. Max 300 meter till havet och longtailbåtarna. Stort rum men dåligt med förvaring...gratis vatten och frukt på rummet varje dag.

We love this resort, e´specially the junglelike gardensurroundings away from the noice of trafic and other aktivities in Ao Nang.Have visit Ao Nang 7 times, and our choise of resort will for ever be Somkiet Buri Resort: delicious food, beautyfull garden and pool, freindly and helpfull staff. Our best recommendations. We come back next year! :o)

Nice hotel, when we arrived there was apparently a problem with the room so the reception desk autimatically upgraded us to a pool side room. Beautiful garden and nice breakfast. Would go back if in Ao Nang.

2nd Visit to the Somkiet. Good Place to stay. Like the Pool side rooms. The Bathrooms need a little work, The Shower is over the bath but the shower curtin does not stop water from going everywhere. Need an exhaust fan in the bathrooms also. Over all I really like this place. Great Gardens & Great Pool. The staff are helpful. I wish the restaurant was non smoking though and some of the guest could be more considerate where smoking is concerned.

This was my second stay at this hotel following a previous holiday 5 years ago and as a result myself, wife and daughter have high praise as everything was faultless. Our triple room was very spacious, ultra clean and the service was second to none due to the staff s impeccable and very friendly service at all times. In addition, the quality of their restaurant meals are highly commendable. I am rather fussy eater as a rule but due to the fresh and delicious menu variety at a very reasonable price we ate there every evening so highly recommend this resort to anyone thinking of visiting Krabi. The exotic setting also enhanced our stay together with a decent swimming pool that is like a small lagoon, so peaceful and tucked away from the bustle of other hotel locations. It deserves 5 stars and we will definately stay there again.

Hotel was very good, clean and in a good location. very good value for money. I suspect there was a problem with the booking when we got there but it sorted out quickly.

I read the reviews and everyone gave really good ratings to this hotel. But when I arrived, I was totally disappointed. Ambience of the resort is very nice, jungle like. But the staffs there provide service with no smiles. Not friendly, and very nonchalant. Make up room service was terrible. They cleaned the cups we used in the sink of our bathroom, and was not even washed proper. The saucers were not washed and you could still see sugar and all on it. The extra cushions we used for sleeping, were thrown on the floor when they made the bed. And left ON THE FLOOR. I defintely will not return, there are tons of other hotels/ resorts in Ao Nang... I d rather try them.
